Victoria is an experienced trial attorney whose practice consists of civil litigation and criminal work; including felony, misdemeanor, and dependencies. Victoria is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and in the Federal Eastern District of Washington.
In her legal career she worked as a Public Defender for over 10 years handling criminal cases as well as representing parents in dependency cases against the Department of Social and Health Services. She enjoys continuing to do the same type of work in the private sector on a much more personal level. Victoria enjoys working closely with her clients to develop creative long term solutions that will best serve her clients situation. She has also served as a Commissioner Pro Tem for Spokane County Superior Court for the past three years and has been appointed to serve for the next three years.
Originally from White Stone, Virginia, Victoria received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1998 and her J.D. from Gonzaga School of Law in 2004. Victoria is married with two children.
