Chad Freebourn

Chad is an experienced trial attorney whose practice consists of complex civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance law, employment discrimination, trade secrets, contracts, and commercial litigation. Chad is licensed to practice in Washington.

In his legal practice, Chad has successfully litigated jury trials, trials to the court, administrative hearings, arbitrations and assisting clients in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution. He has also successfully argued before Washington State Supreme Court, as well as successfully argued before the Washington State Court of Appeals.

Originally from Butte, Montana, Chad received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Montana, his M.A. in Political Science for the University of Montana, and his J.D. from Gonzaga School of Law. Chad is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois Wyoming, and continues to be a Ranch Club Member. Chad is also an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice.

Chad is married with two children, and when not practicing law enjoys fly fishing, skiing, sports, and spending time with his kids.
